DisciplinePro© is a confidential, password-protected discipline referral record management system with easy search capabilities and powerful and flexible report features, providing analysis of discipline by student, offense, teacher, gender, etc. Allows "verbal contracts" for a powerful playback tool with students and parents. Discipline is networkable or can be used as a stand-alone program. Access can be given to teachers in addition to campus staff. Successfully used in districts for over a decade.
The use of DisciplinePro allows administrators and/or teachers to see the complete discipline record instantly. This prevents students from "getting by" with discipline referrals if they are sent to different administrators.
NEW: Data accessible anywhere using an iPhone and in any wireless environment using an iPod Touch or other web inabled PDA.
DisciplinePro offers campus level administrators an easy, user-friendly way to record and organize discipline referrals. Instead of manila folders with discipline referral forms and easy to lose sticky notes, administrators have electronic records of discipline referrals complete with an area for comments. Data stored in the database is confidential and password-protected. Each record contains information on the student (e.g.,Gender, Ethnicity, Street Address, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Home phone #, Work Phone #, and Emergency Phone #), and information on the referral (e.g., Referring Teacher, Date, Offense, Action Taken, and Administrator). The first time a student is referred is the only time that the student specific data needs to entered. On the second, and subsequent referrals, the data is automatically entered from data recorded in previous referral records. Data entry for each referral is streamlined through the use of pop-up menus for such things as Referring Teacher, Offense, and Action Taken.
Beyond providing administrators with electronic records of discipline referrals, DisciplinePro contains a variety of useful summary reports. The referral data can be viewed and printed by: Action Taken, Ethnicity, Grade Level, Offense, Student, and Teacher. Use of these reports facilitates the analysis of discipline problems on a campus making the development of discipline management and campus improvement plans easier. In addition, the summary reports by offense and action taken will assist administrators in completing annual evaluation reports for Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities and other required reports.
Other features available in DisciplinePro include a Campus report that can be viewed and printed after the data is organized by one of the following categories: Administrator, Date of Offense, Ethnicity, Grade Level, Offense, Referring Teacher, or Student. There is also an In-School Suspension memo for informing the teachers of students that have been assigned to ISS. The memo prints a list of the students and the dates of ISS for each.
You have the ability to customize the pop-up menus for discipline offenses, action taken, administrators, and referring teacher.
DisciplinePro is fully networkable and is available for either Windows or Macintosh environments.
Software Solutions Pro can translate your discipline data from your current system into DisciplinePro.
